Thank you to everyone who came along on Sunday afternoon for cakes and coffee. I have had lovely feedback of how much everyone enjoyed it. Between us, we raised £72 for what is a really good cause. I think we should do it again sometime.
The date is set for the next exams. Please put the 19th November into your diaries and keep the good work up!
I am immensly pleased to be able to say that all my students did really well in their exams. Congratulations to each and everyone of you. I will be speaking to you before the end of the day if I haven't done so already. Once again...well done, your hard work has paid off!
Well yesterday was a long day for me. Six and a half hours of exams...mostly my students...I hope the results come through soon. Everyone had put so much work in towards their exams and now it is really tough having to wait for the results. The LCM examiner (London College of Music) said that he would get the results out soon so I hope I will be able to be ringing everyone with good news soon.
Now the exams are over for a few months, it is time to start thinking about Christmas! Students..start putting your mind to what you would like to do in the concert. Hello students, parents and anyone else interested. I have set up a blog!! If you know me, you will be aware of how surprising that is. Anyway, I thought it might be a good way to keep people informed of what is going on.
The next big thing coming up is the exams on the 31st October. Students, please, if you have any worries or questions please ask me. Make sure you get here nice and early and check you have brought everything including your exam attendance letter and your programme. I think it would be advisable not to park on the drive as it could be really chaotic. That's all for now folks but I will try and update this each week at least. Bye for now Suzanne |
